Ingredients:
10 Chef’s Requested Bacon
Wrapped Chopped Beef Steaks
10 Hot Dog Buns
1 cup Diced Onion
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Pickle Relish Prepared Mustard

Method:
Preheat Grill or Broiler. Remove the steaks from the package and place on the grill or broiler pan. Cook for approximately 10 minutes on each side turning and ensuring doneness. When done, split in half placing both halves on a hot dog bun. Top with remaining ingredients (to taste) for a “Better than a Brat” Steak-a-licious experience! Serves 10 hungry folks.
