Chef's Requested Beef for Stew "Beer Buddies"

Ingredients Quantity
Chef's Requested Beef for Stew 12 oz.
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tbls.
Salt 1 tsp.
White pepper, ground _ tsp
Eggs 1
Beer 12 oz.
Additional flour for dredging  

Method
Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add beer and stir.
Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Allow to rest 15 minutes.
Batter Sirloin Tips by dredging in flour and then dipping in batter.
Fry immediately in hot oil until Tips float, serve hot.
Will cook in approximately 5 minutes.
For thicker batter, 'double dip' the Tips.
Serve with dipping sauces (Bar-B-Q, Honey Mustard, Ranch, etc.) and lots of beer.
