| Method |
| • | Combine dry ingredients and mix well. |
| • | Beat eggs until frothy. |
| • | Add beer and stir. |
| • | Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. |
| • | Allow to rest 15 minutes. |
| • | Batter Sirloin Tips by dredging in flour and then dipping in batter. |
| • | Fry immediately in hot oil until Tips float, serve hot. |
| • | Will cook in approximately 5 minutes. |
| • | For thicker batter, 'double dip' the Tips. |
| • | Serve with dipping sauces (Bar-B-Q, Honey Mustard, Ranch, etc.) and lots of beer. |
