| • | Prepare casserole dish by coating liberally with pan spray or shortening. |
| • | Take one pie crust and press into casserole dish. |
| • | In hot sauce pan, cook beef cubes until browned on all sides. |
| • | Add onions and cook until translucent. |
| • | Add mushrooms, vegetables, and potatoes. |
| • | Stir in gravy and reduce slightly. |
| • | Adjust seasonings. |
| • | Add sour cream and heavy cream. |
| • | Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish. |
| • | Top with remaining pie crust. |
| • | Seal edges, pierce with knife. |
| • | Brush with egg wash if desired. |
| • | Bake at 375° until crust is golden brown and filling is hot throughout. |
| • | Allow to rest 5 minutes. |
| • | Serve. |
